At Mountainside Lights Inc., we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our permanent holiday and architectural lighting package. Our Worry-Free Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind by covering both workmanship and materials.

- Workmanship Coverage: We stand behind the quality of our installation with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Should any issues arise due to defective installation, we will repair the affected components at no cost to you.
- Material Coverage: Our 5-year product warranty guarantees that your lighting package will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use. If any material defects are discovered, we will either repair or replace the defective components or offer a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period.

Your Assurance: If anything goes wrong with your lights, Mountainside Lights is here to make it right at no cost to you. Our commitment is to address and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring you enjoy your lighting investment with confidence and ease.

Limited Workmanship Warranty

- Coverage: Free repair of components due to defective installation by Mountainside Lights or its authorized representatives.
- Duration: 1 year from the date of the final invoice.
- Exclusions: Does not cover defects in materials or components, which may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

Limited Product Warranty

- Coverage: Protection against manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Duration: 5 years from the date of the final invoice.
- Options for Remedy: Repair or replacement of defective components, or a pro-rated refund of the original purchase price.

Exclusions to Warranty Coverage

- Product Warranty Exclusions Include:
  - Damage from accidents, vandalism, misuse, natural disasters, acts of god etc.
  - Damage from foreign objects or improper drainage.
  - Settling of structures or unauthorized actions.
  - Connectivity or network-related issues.
- General Exclusions Include:
  - Appearance issues like color variations or weathering.
  - Imperfections not visible from 20 feet away under sunlight.

Responsibility for Costs

- Customer Responsibility:
  - Costs for removing or replacing surrounding materials.
